Your army Jeep and guide will meet you at hotel and take a drive for 2 hours to Cu Chi Tunnels. After first hour, you will turn into small roads running through towns, schools, markets, rubber farms.
Upon arrival, you will watch a short introductory video about land, people of Cu Chi during the war. This gives you the answers for many questions not only about Cu Chi but Vietnam in general. Visit various mantraps, the remains of an American tank and numerous bomb craters; you even can explore the tunnels by yourself to have the feeling of living underground. (If you like to try out war-era guns, check it out at shooting range at own expense).
Leaving Cu Chi Tunnels, you will visit Mr. Mushroom’s farm & restaurant. Mr. Mushroom is a chef, vegetation, traditional medicine and mushroom expert. Talk and share with him his passion of agriculture. He will then escort you to visit his farm with clear explanation about what he has been doing. After the farm tour, enjoy your meal with fresh ingredients picked from his farm.
Get back to Saigon, you will start city tour visiting the major attraction sites.
You then visit the must – see sites in Saigon: Re-Unification Palace, the former residence of the President of South Vietnam, hear the stories about Saigon Government and the Fall of Saigon on April 30, 1975; Central Post Office and Saigon Grand Cathedral. You then leave the city center heading to District 5, where the China town-among the oldest and most interesting parts of Saigon with the large Chinese community has been settled for centuries. In Cholon you will see some beautiful Chinese religious sites and the bustling Binh Tay Market, and hear about the area’s rich history. Trip concludes at your hotel.

Pick you up from hotel, Jeep will drive you out of the busy Saigon downtown, heading to District 9. District 9 is one of 12 Saigon’s districts but you will be surprised with its scenery, it makes you feel like in Mekong Delta with canals and water coconut trees.
Upon arrival, you will have an escort tour to visit the home garden of fashion designer Si Hoang, who is famous for his works and a huge collection of Ao Dai. At his home garden, there are 2 small museums to visit: One displays and preserve hundreds of Ao Dai from the 17th to 21st century (you could find the original costumes for the royal families of the Nguyen Dynasty, the last dynasty of Vietnam) and the other one displays the Ao Dai, which used to belong to the famous people in Vietnam, from politicians, business women to artists. Listen the stories about Ao Dai will help you get to know more not only Ao Dai but Vietnamese culture too.
Have a cup of coffee with relaxing music background in the garden; view the beautiful traditional architectural houses before driving back to downtown.

Your army Jeep and guide will meet you at hotel and take a drive for 2 hours to the farm near Cu Chi Tunnels. Upon arrival, have time for yourself before starting the farm tour. Not only pick the ingredients for your cooking later but the interesting information about how the locals use the vegetables and herbs as traditonal medicines will really amaze you. You then have chance to learn the whole process about producing many different types of eatable mushrooms. Once you finish the farm tour, cooking class will be started…..under the instruction of the Chef. You will enjoy the dish once you finish cooking it.
You could choose (when confirm the tour) for yourself one of menus:
Essential Menu: springrolls; BBQ (pork or chicken or beef) salad; caramel chicken with lemon grass and desert
Or
Exotic Menu: you will choose 4 spieces to “finish” and cook (amongst: snake, paddy mouse, frog, eel, cricket, scorpion or whatever you find crazy and never try before). You then hand on cooking them into delicious dishes and taste it.
The class will be finished in the early afternoon, you then jump on your Jeep and head to Cu Chi Tunnels which is located just 10 minutes from the farm.
