On arrival at Noi Bai Airport, you are met and transferred to hotel by Camellia Tours Vietnam’s tour guide. Ha Noi, Vietnam’s capital, is a stylish and gracious city that retains an unique old world charm and some Asia‘s most striking colonial architecture. The many lakes and parks make for relaxing atmosphere. (If time permit ) enjoy a short cyclo excursion through the bustling old quarter streets named after the specific goods once offered for sale at these places. Overnight in Ha Noi.

Following breakfast, take a half day city tour, seeing the the Ho Chi Minh Complex, containing the mausoleum of the nation’s founder Ho Chi Minh, the Presidential Palace and the Ho Chi Minh’s house on stilts. The complex also comprises the One Pillar Pagoda, whose origins date back to the foundation of Hanoi. The next stop of our trip is the impressive Ethnology Museum, dedicated to Vietnam’s 54 ethnic minorities, some of which we will see on our forthcoming days. Continue to visit the Temple of Literature and the peaceful lake of Hoan Kiem with its sacred temple. The reminder of the day is free for your own exploration of Ha Noi until transferring to the rail way station for a night train to Lao Cai.

Upon arrival railway station, local guide will pick you up and then transfer to Sapa. Take a rest and transfer uphill the Hoang Lien Son mountains to Sa Pa. Great views of valleys and terraced rice fields along the way.
After Breakfast your guide will show you around for a brief introduction of this charming town. At the market, ethnic minority people of different groups wearing their traditional costumes made by themselves comes every day selling local products includes vegetable, bamboo shoot, mushroom, medicinal herbs and souvenirs. There are chances for making acquaintance and taking photos. Later you will follow the footsteps uphill to the top of Ham Rong Mountain for over viewing beautiful scenery of the town and surrounding area, paying visit to an orchard garden and a mini museum which tells you a lot about ethnic minority people living in Sa Pa and the northwest region. The rest hours is at your leisure.

Following breakfast, go trekking to Lao Chai, Ta Van and Giang Ta Chai villages of H’mong, Dzay, Red Dzao minorities. From here we have a magnificent view to the minority villages and terraced rice fields beneath us. The walk is about 16 km along the track that the Vietnamese used for fleeing, when the Chinese invaded Sa Pa in 1979. Then get back to Sapa for overnight.

Following breakfast, today excursion cross Tram Ton Pass, the freshest, cool air and nice landscapes. Taking tours to visit villages of Muong Khoa, Muong Kim and Na Kim where you can see very colorful minority groups in Than Uyen then transfer to Mu Cang Chai for overnight.

Following breakfast, leaving Mu Cang Chai for Puong Luong and trekking more 14 km to Nam Khat village of H’mong people. Continue trekking to Hua Khat and homestay in Hua Khat.

Today excursion to the quite unspoiled tourist destination where you can enjoy the most beautiful landscapes. Visiting Dzao and Thai minorities on the way. Overnight in Yen Bai city.

Following breakfast, transfer back to Ha Noi. Enjoy the scenic landscapes along the way back. Free at your leisure in the remainder of the day and overnight in Hanoi.
