We organized our tour with Ha Nguyen who “inherited” us half way through the planning when our original tour advisor left Camellia Tours Vietnam. Ha was organized and very professional at all times. She responded to all our emails within 24hrs given the time difference between Hanoi and Canada; and while we were in Cambodia and Vietnam she responded instantly through whats app when ever we needed her help or had any questions. She came to the hotel in Hanoi – half way through our trip – to make sure everything was okay and she brought us sweet gifts as a thank you for booking Camellia Tours Vietnam.
