Question 1

How do I request a tour?

Accepted Answer

Choose a tour and send an enquiry, or use the contact form with your dates, group size and priorities. An enquiry is not a confirmed reservation.

Question 2

Can an itinerary be customized?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Tell us which destinations, pace and experiences matter to you. We will describe any practical trade-offs before you confirm a proposal.

Question 3

What is included in a tour price?

Accepted Answer

Inclusions and exclusions are shown on the individual tour page and in your written proposal. Check that proposal before paying because inclusions vary by itinerary.

Question 4

When is a reservation confirmed?

Accepted Answer

A reservation is confirmed only when Camellia Tours sends written confirmation after the applicable payment and supplier checks are complete.

Question 5

Where can I find payment and cancellation terms?

Accepted Answer

Read the Terms and Conditions and the cancellation terms attached to your proposal. Ask us before payment if they differ or are unclear.

Question 6

How can I report incorrect travel information?

Accepted Answer

Contact us with the page and the fact that needs review; do not send passport or payment information.
