Registration Requirements

By registering through our website, you enter into a direct contractual (legally binding) relationship with us. The registration terms and conditions include limitations and exclusions of liability, and cancellation and modification fees payable if the registration is cancelled or modified after confirmation. Guaranteed Departure

  • Camellia Tours guarantees departures as posted on the website camelliatours.vn.
  • Tour information and departure dates in guidebooks and other printed materials may change at any time and do not constitute part of the guarantee.
  • The company's website is the sole source from which the company will guarantee departures.
  • A departure date is guaranteed only if the customer has confirmed their booking for that departure date (the booking must include a minimum paid deposit to be considered "confirmed").
  • This guarantee is still subject to Force Majeure events.

Child Pricing Policy

  • Children under 2 years old: 30% of the adult tour price (no separate bed).
  • Children from over 2 to under 12 years old flying with CZ, CA, or MU airlines:
    • 90% of the adult tour price (no separate bed)
    • 100% of the adult tour price (with separate bed)
  • Children from over 2 to under 12 years old flying with VN airline:
    • 75% of the adult tour price (no separate bed)
    • 90% of the adult tour price (with separate bed)
  • Children from 12 years old and above: 100% of the adult tour price.

Force Majeure

If the tour program is canceled or modified by either party due to force majeure events (including but not limited to fire, weather conditions, accidents, natural disasters, war, epidemics, flight delays, rescheduling or cancellation by airlines or other public transport providers), both parties shall not be liable for compensation for any incurred losses and shall bear no legal responsibility.

Camellia Tours is not liable to customers for changes or cancellations due to objective and subjective reasons such as: earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, storms, wars, strikes, protests, terrorism, political unrest, etc. Solutions or compensation (if any) will depend on the relevant service provider.

Passport

Valid Passport

Customers must possess a valid passport for entry, departure, and travel through each destination on the tour itinerary (passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the return date).

Documents

Please note that "To expedite the issuance of travel documents, all tour-related documents such as payment slips, tour itineraries, and invoices will be sent via email or will be available on the website camelliatours.vn" once full payment has been received.

Trip Details

Customers are responsible for accessing the website at least 72 hours before the departure date to ensure they have the most up-to-date trip information, as minor changes may have occurred since the tour details were initially provided by the company.

Tour Prices

All tour prices are quoted in Vietnamese Dong (VND). Payments in other foreign currencies will be converted to Vietnamese Dong (VND) at the current exchange rate. Prices include the items listed in the "Included" section. We offer discounts of 25%–50% for children and free for infants. The information and prices on this website are not 'live' and are updated from time to time. Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of information and prices, but unfortunately errors sometimes occur. In the event of an incorrect price due to a system error, we are not bound by that price.

Payment Terms

  • A deposit equivalent to 50% of the tour price per guest is required to secure the booking.
  • The remaining balance must be paid:
    • 7 days before departure for regular (weekday) tours.
    • 21 days before departure for tours during Public Holidays and Tet (Lunar New Year).

Payment Method

All tours or services must be paid for in advance unless otherwise specified. We accept Visa and domestic ATM card payments. Camellia Tours will not collect your credit card details. The information you provide will be kept absolutely secure in our technical system according to global technology security standards (SSL) of MasterCard and Vietcombank when you make a payment by credit card.

Issuing Payment Vouchers

After payment, Camellia Tours will send a confirmation/payment voucher via email; this voucher must be printed out as proof of purchase and presented to the service provider. All traveler information must be provided accurately at the time of booking. Any requests for modifications/additions must be sent via email to Camellia Tours. Camellia Tours is not responsible for any problems that may arise if you do not receive or carefully read your confirmation/payment voucher. In case you have not received your payment voucher, you must notify Camellia Tours at least 72 hours before the scheduled service date.

Tour Cancellation Policy – Weekday Departures

  • Cancellation or change 30 days before departure: No charge.
  • Cancellation or change 25–29 days before departure: 50% of the tour deposit.
  • Cancellation or change 20–24 days before departure: 100% of the tour deposit.
  • Cancellation immediately after visa issuance by the Embassy/Consulate: 100% of the tour deposit.
  • Cancellation 14–19 days before departure: 50% of the total tour price.
  • Cancellation 10–13 days before departure: 70% of the total tour price.
  • Cancellation 2–9 days before departure: 90% of the total tour price.
  • Cancellation 1 day before departure: 100% of the total tour price.

Cancellation period is calculated based on working days, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.

Tour Cancellation Policy – Public Holidays & Tet Departures

  • Cancellation or change 45 days before departure: No charge.
  • Cancellation or change 34–44 days before departure: 50% of the tour deposit.
  • Cancellation or change 25–33 days before departure: 100% of the tour deposit.
  • Cancellation immediately after visa issuance by the Embassy/Consulate: 100% of the tour deposit.
  • Cancellation 20–24 days before departure: 50% of the total tour price.
  • Cancellation 11–19 days before departure: 70% of the total tour price.
  • Cancellation 2–10 days before departure: 90% of the total tour price.
  • Cancellation 1 day before departure: 100% of the total tour price.

Cancellation period is calculated based on working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.

Complaints and Claims for Compensation

If a customer has a complaint regarding Camellia Tours, they must first inform the tour leader as soon as possible to resolve the issue. If dissatisfied, customers can contact their VTV representative (sales representative) during the tour to give Camellia Tours an opportunity to address the problem. If still dissatisfied through these channels during the trip, customers must send all complaints directly to cs@camelliatours.com.vn within 30 days of the end of the trip. The company will not be responsible for any complaints received after this deadline.

Promotion

Tours/packages/products purchased using promotional codes are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Furthermore, all discounts and reward points posted on this website are only applicable to camelliatours.vn and may vary across other websites linked to camelliatours.vn.

Correspondence

By completing a registration, you agree to receive emails that we may send you, providing you with information about destinations and specific details related to your registration and destinations, and we may send emails inviting you to fill out a customer review form.
